Busy place. I was lucky to get a table around 11am on a Saturday, luckily they do all day breakfast. The coffee is nice, there are lots of breakfast options at average café prices. Poached egg was perfect.

I have visited Rogue Valley 3 to 5 times over the past year or two which is shameful of me as this café has a lot going for it and is in fact, leading neck and neck with my other favourite café in Penrith, Kingston.Co which is very short walk from Rogue Valley. I have not got around to sampling any of their meals but I have ordered different coffees and sunk my fangs into some of their desserts which are to orgasm for. Food orgasms all around at Rogue Valley. Every type of coffee I have ordered here has been spot on. When I tasted the mochas and chocolate mlkshakes ordered by my children, they are spot on. This place is awesomeness to the extreme. No fake sounds of foodgasms at Rogue Valley. Go have one.

The quality of food was fantastic. The prtion sizes were spot on. Staff were attentive without being too persistent or annoying Quite simply the best omelette I’ve ever had. taste, flavour… options and a generous serve. The hash brown was hot without being«burn the roof of your mouth, wish you had a cold drink and curse out load» hot. The sourdough bread was a nice accompaniment I also had the Hot Peppermint Chocolate. Not too sweet, and the use of a peppermint crisp instead of syrup was a nice touch. Not having been here before, but HAD been here when it was Billy Baxter’s I had certain expectations but they were exceeded. The pricing alone is reason behind 1 of these stars as well. Huge Omelette, Hot Chocolate, bottle of water as well as my wife’s meal came to less than $ 50! Would I go gain? Definitely. Would I choose this over other restaurants in this shopping centre for breakfast? Yes.

Great place to start your day if you’re trying to beat the crowds when shopping. All the usual café and breakfast menu items, always done well and consistently. They’ve also got some unique items which are must-try such as the Kick Starter. One of the most appealing things for this place though, are bowls of coffee. Bowls. Of coffee. They’re about the size of 2 – 3 mugs. They are glorious. Usually when venues do coffees in sizes larger than mugs they end up overly bitter even if their regular coffee’s are nice, but RVR get it right regardless of the size. Great prices, defintely more than worthwhile. Visit if you can.
