Nice burgers, their beef patty is delish. Nice assortment of beverages. Sauces are nice, especially the garlic mayo. Inside was clean and the service was quick. Order came through after just 10 minutes. Only bad thing was the herb and chips they use. Not a fan of the chips. Other than that, it was ok.

Nice atmosphere, good burgers, decent selection of beverages, and friendly service. I like this place. I recommend giving it a try when you’re nearby.

*Reposted as I mistakenly reviewed the wrong business. This review is meant for Grill’d at Penrith. I’ve been wanting to try out this place since it opened for they have a name for burgers. So I went in today for lunch and it was packed but it went like this… * Eat in or take way? # Eat in please. One person. She leads me to a table and gave me the menu. I see burgers no cheaper than $ 9 for just the cheapest burger on its own. Chips started from $ 3 depending on the chip and size. Beers starting from $ 9. I sat there watching other people being sat and handed menus. Some tables had those café style numbering things like you see at Hogs Breath Café and some coffee cafes. Staff walked past carrying yummy looking burgers. Some just burgers. Some with chips and/or other foods. Then at approx 15 minutes of waiting for service, the person who greeted me approached me and said, «You do know that we don’t have a waitering service, don’t you? You have to go up to order then wait for it», then walks off. How many other people that were sat down were needed be told that? I got up and left because if I am going to spend at least $ 30 for a burger, small chips and a beer, I expect better service.

I was so excited when Grill’d open up in Penrith — finally Penrith is starting to get more great places to eat! I had never been to a Grill’d before, but had friends rave to me about how great it was. I went there for lunch with my boyfriend, and was immediately greeted by a team member who gave us menus. The atmosphere and interior décor is quirky and cool, and it’s a nice place to chill and chat while waiting for your meal. The pricing is a bit more expensive than your typical fast-food burger joint, but I believe it’s worth it — grass fed beef, fresh ingredients, the fries are AMAZING. We didn’t have to wait too long for our meals either! They have their liquor license now too and serve a small variety of beer and wine. You guys, I now go here at least once a week! I either have lunch or dinner sit down, where each and every time it’s been nothing but great. Even when they’re pumping at lunch time, the food is always well presented and brought out within a reasonable time frame. Or I will get take-away — you can call ahead too. Don’t ever leave me Grill’d, your burgers are amazing and your customer service is wonderful! Keep it up!
