Discovered this place on my way to somewhere else and it was totally buzzing so I popped in. The coffee menu sticks to the basics and I like that they can rely on their coffee(though they had a very attractive selection of baked treats on the side that I had to step away from-Nutella donuts anyone?) I ordered a long black and it was a proper coffee with oomph-just what I needed! I will definitely be stopping in again for my usual flat white. LBB offers almond milk here as well as soy, which is a nice change to see in a café in this part of the city.

Nice layout I like the way they have set the café up, The barista that is always on in the morning makes a mean short black to get the blood pumping. I’ve had breakfast here a couple of times & what can I say but it’s delicious, I always get the all day breakfast which keeps me going most of the day. There’s always a nice selection of muffins & cakes if that’s your thing so next time your in the area check it out another good thing is it opens at 6am weekdays bonus you don’t have to settle for McDonald’s before work.

Serving some delicious Cartel coffee this spot is a must see. Small space filled with huge, friendly personalities. Super fast service for takeaways on a busy Monday morning.

Little Bean Blue is my favourite new café in Melbourne. Even my husband loves this place, and he normally isn’t a coffee person, but the coffee here is pretty close to perfection… They have so e great beans from Cartel, and I really live to see what single origin they haven offer. Today I had Guji Blue Hora, awesome! Strong, dark and brooding, but very smooth… definite chocolate overtones on this one and strong enough to punch through milk. Love it!

Great, fast service, and fantastic coffee. Bonus is that it’s less than 5 mins from my hotel.

Very good coffee. Had my first one there today. Quick, friendly and strong. The concierge at the Sheraton recommended them and it was a great recommendation. Good quality cappuccino.

My first time here … Pure fluke as it turns out as our first choice was full but I have a feeling I may have found a new regular haunt. It’s cosy but still provides plenty of space for meetings. The coffee was excellent as was the service. I love the blue stools.

Suggested by a mate of mine, we went out in search of Little Bean Blue. I didn’t know what to expect because it was flying lower than the Unilocal!radar. Either this place is quite new, or it had just not been discovered yet. It aught to receive a few ratings though as it is definitely worth it. It is hidden down an alley just up from Parliament Station down Little Collins St. I think I spotted Chompy and Mofo or similar for beans. I sat down to an espresso and probably one of the best blueberry muffins I have every sunk my teeth into. The coffee was strong and well-rounded and all in all very nice. Let’s get this place a real welcome into Unilocal!Try it out and share your thoughts on this well hidden little café.
