I used to go here for sustenance when I worked just around the corner. The cuisine was by no means mind-​blowing, but you could get quite a tasty haloumi and bacon burger, and the coffee was invigorating if a little burnt. I think the current owners, a hardworking Vietnamese couple, may have taken over from previously Greek owners (hence the name and the haloumi), though this is just speculation…
