Very nice staff. There’s plenty of room for a pram out the front. The food was good. There’s also a space out the back, if you’re feeling adventurous.

Staff are always friendly, and food is always delicious. The pulled pork burger was one of the best I had in Melbourne but with that gone, their smashed avo is pretty damn good with a different twist incorporating capers and balsamic vinegar. The home-made iced tea is a perfect refresher on a hot day or after a walk along the bike path, not to mention dog friendly as well!

It’s always busy but it shows this place is good. I remember coming here and I had a soba noodle salad with edamame. It was different refreshing and delicious. These guys are always reinventing the wheel while bringing the old favourite backs here and there

Beautiful little restaurant! I had the zucchini flower salad which was presented beautifully and tasted fresh and delicious. Great flat white and super friendly staff working. I definitely recommend for a brunch! Patio must be gorgeous in the summer

A thriving business, with its success well deserved. I am always greeted with a smile. Service is prompt and friendly, coffee good and muffins delicious! The outdoor area appeals to those walking the dog or stopping for a break while biking the Anniversary Trail. The place buzzes for brunch on the weekends and opens early wekdays(7am) to serve your caffeine fix if you catch the train to town. Creative menu. Suits all age groups. Newspapers provided, appreciated by the solo visitors. Highly recommended.

A great little café located next to Burwood train station along the Anniversary trail. Perfect for a pitstop when on the trail, coffee was great(and they have a takeaway window for those on the go heading to the station), food fantastic and friendly staff. On this visit I had the Soba noodle salad which was super yummy, wasabi peas & kewpie mayo. in dishes are always welcome!

This place is so cute! Heading out of my regular stomping ground for a lunch date, I’m so glad to have been shown this cute strip of Glen Iris, tucked behind the Burwood train station on a residential street. I ordered a long black to start and it was perfection. Code Black coffee I believe. I would have ordered another immediately had I not had an afternoon of more coffee meetings ahead! The menu is fantastic with a great variety of brunch and lunch items to suit all tastes. The granola was so tempting, as was the mouth watering pulled pork and slaw sandwhich that my dining buddy opted for. I went for the Israeli Chicken Salad — very flavoursome and filling — they were not stingy on the chicken. The spot is child-friendly(not just a clever name) and the seating outside was comfortable with plenty of room for the pram. With this and other adorable cafes popping up in this neighbourhood, it’s definitely putting Glen Iris on my visit-more list for Melbourne. Sitting amongst the leafy street on a sunny afternoon was relaxing to the max. Loved it.

I almost don’t want to review this place for fear that it’ll become busier! Cute little café next to the train station with wonderful staff and yummy coffee. My mother’s group meets here and we sit outside with prams lined up and babies on our laps. This child friendly café even offered us free muffins as we sat outside in the sun. Delightful! Try the chai :)
