Here’s an update, Kelly (the owner I later found out) had replied and apologized for what had happened which she said was due to a technical glitch. I am very happy with the outcome and can’t wait to see when my best friend sends me photos of her flowers and gifts on her birthday! Thanks Kelly! Thanks for sorting it out :-) and adding a box of chocolates to sweeten it out for the birthday girl.

My favorite florist in the Inner West. I’ve used them for deliveries as well as special occasions and they always deliver an exceptional product. Everyone raves about their bouquets, and the owner has a great memory for her customers’ preferences. I am Susan, the Gardenia lady… Which reminds me, a little bouquet of gardenias would be so nice right now.

There are bouquets in buckets in every corner of the shop, bursting out of the door on to the pavement. It’s great for anyone who loves flowers. The perfect present — for someone else or for yourself, the Floral Decorator offers a huge variety of flowers, all seasonal and hand selected from the Sydney Flower Markets at 4am every day to ensure their freshness and quality. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable — tell them what you’re after and they’ll fix you up with a stunning bunch of flowers. I love it!

Whether you’re on a corporate or humble budget, the approachable and helpful staff will make sure you’re looked after. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh, and significantly cheaper than some of the florists you will find in the CBD. I hope this little florist shop never shuts its doors!

Do you love flowers? I do — I really get into them. So every flower shop to me is just fantastic! But this one seems really down to earth and affordable they do in store service but also offer delivery interstate, local and internationally. What’s special about them is they don’t use a third party agent to purchase flowers for them from the growers markets. They personally build relationships with the market growers and get the freshest and the best flowers for their store. There is a personal touch that is put into every bouquet, for decorative purposes, events and ceremonies. Suzanne the manager looks after her staff well you can tell that by the service they offer and the manner that they greet you. Happy staff often equals happy customers.
