Great spot am and pm! Weekend live music in the afternoon, hangin with the locals! Great vibes, nice to be out of the city and enjoy the community hospitality. It is exceptional! Go Waterfront Café!

This is a spectacular spot that has grown out of a General Store/Newsagent next to the Church Point ferry wharf. Sunday afternoon jazz trio really completed the atmosphere. The food is good and the wine at bottle shop prices. A convivial bunch of patrons made our first visit there very memorable. Superb views and location — the biggest problem is parking, which cannot be blamed on the establishment but will help keep this little known gem undiscovered — more enjoyment for the initiated!

Fun family place, laid back café. Mixed review of food, large serves beware of ordering entrée starters too unless very hungry. Fish was like soggy weetbix but overall recovered with good chips. Others reported sensational bouillabaisse. Quirky décor. Not cheap. Byo wine to save on expensive shop prices

What a gorgeous spot. It’s a general store, and a bottle shop, but it’s also a licensed café. A covered open-air patio looks out across the glittering surface of Pittwater inlet. You get funny servers, a menu of pizzas, sandwiches, and seafood, and a super location for having a post-kayak drink(which was exactly what we did). A glass of house red or white wine will only set you back $ 7. I had the white, it wasn’t bad. We also shared a bowl of wedges, which were perfectly cooked, with big dollops of sour cream and sweet chili sauce. Yum.
