This salon used to be great, as per my previous review… but it has really gone down hill. On my last visit, I was charged for a soak off of acrylic nails even though I did not request this service, and was told that it was perfectly normal to be stuck in the salon for over two hours just to get a full set with no colours. The girl who ‘helped’ me cut my finger and then kept trying to stick it into the nail polish solution used to soak the nail off.
A week later, and two of my nails have completely snapped off. I won’t be returning.
