Exceptional service and didn’t mind at all that I was in a rush. They were crazy busy, but got everyone done quickly!

Didn’t think there could be many differences between nail salons but this place proved me wrong. Friendly staff who are perfectionist with your nails! Better than any place in Melbourne! Loved it!

I have to say that I have never been so well cared for when getting an infill. I walked in without an appointment and was warmly greeted and shown a seat. The girls there were lovely and Hana should have a sideline as a therapist. She was very kind and never made me feel like I was irritating her with the tale of my recent events. A high standard of work and I highly recommend becoming a regular customer and I look forward to my next visit.

Wonderful salon with three standout features in my mind to really set this place apart from the rest:
1. complimentary bottle of water or tea upon request
2. individually sanitized nail tools, ripped open out of the package in front of you
3. clean sink area for washing up during or after your nail treatment
In addition to these items, it should be noted that the location is amazing, being on the lower level of Queens Plaza, and that the polish colour selection is really great. They even carry Chanel polishes for a $ 10 additional charge.

These ladies are the best. The cleanest, best maintained, most professional and friendliest salon in Brisbane. Not worth going anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing service. I have been to multiple nail salons in the city and have never been «wowed» by the service. I got a warm welcoming the front door and got sat down straight away. I was offered refreshments, asked what I was after and she did exactly what I wanted. For $ 55 I got a massage, manicure, and black french tip shellac. Needless to say I will be back many more times!
