Their shop is located in the new Telstra building on George Street, corner of Adelaide Street, and it is floor to ceiling full of supplements and vitamins. The staff all know their stuff, so whether you are wanting to bulk up your muscles or lose weight, they can advise what is best for you.
I was introduced to D-​fine8 — a pre-​workout supplement that I believe has caffeine and guarana in it and some other ingredients that give you quite a bit of a buzz/​energy before your workout. It tastes really delicious, and very sweet.
