Love the bar down stairs. Finally got here at night time. Love the music, and atmosphere. You must access via the secret fire place.

Enchanting location, great food & service with a smile! I was lucky enough to attend a wedding hosted by Lindes Lane. amazing location with delicious food, what more could you want. Canapés were fantastic — arancini balls, kingfish & piadinas. I filled up just on these! We then moved onto antipasto platters which contained local produce treats including prosciutto, olives, bocconcini, sweet potato chips and bread, glorious bread!!! For mains we shared pulled lamb shoulder, chicken, potatoes and radicchio salad. For dessert we were treated to some locally baked sweet treats but also espresso martinis which were definitely on point! Can’t wait to go back and try out their hidden bar — love this place!

While only here for a very brief stopover, Lindes Lane helped kick off what turned out to be a very daring night of weekday drinking with the assistance of their stock of Pirate Life beer. While it sounds like there’s more to this place than meets the eye, the surface is good enough as it is.

The revamped Lindes Lane is café by day, wine bar by night(or earlier if you like!). And they now have a new addition, an underground bar that is open on Friday nights. I’ve been to the café for lunch a couple of times now — love their coffee and their toasted sandwiches are yummy. I like escaping from the chaos of Rundle Mall here. It really is my oasis if I’m in the area. And I can even eat something fancier if I feel like it e.g. their trio of salmon. Since it’s also a wine bar you can order from a range of wines from local to Spanish wines by the glass or bottle. It’s worth checking out their underground bar for knock off drinks on Fridays. Enter through a hidden door into a rustic looking, intimate drinking den, with different seating options, including a cosy vintage couch. The vibe of the place was enhanced by the well chosen music which wasn’t too loud, so you can still have a conversation. Happy Hour is 6−7pm, $ 10 espresso martinis and $ 5 margherita pizza. Indoor and outdoor tables.

Psst! Walk to this dark alley and have a drink at this watering hole away from the crowds. There is a tasting room below ground to educate us and a couch above ground to indulge us. The list of wines by the glass is minuscule and sad. But the list of bottles has a nice range. The glass I had was subpar but it won’t deter me from trying another. Prices are higher than norm, but ok for a glass. The décor follows the Adelaide herd, but the music is better than what the herds offer. There is food to nibble as well as larger plates, but didn’t have any… yet Enough buts, come and check it out.
