Hotel Eden

Quite comfortable boutique hotel/​guest house overlooking a large park. Very easy walking distance from the city center of Bonn and from the train station. We had a room on the 4^th (top) floor — be advised that there is no elevator, but there is thoughtfully placed artwork along the stairway walls for a brief rest if needed. Our room was clean, bright, well-​appointed with a small private terrace, a view of the park, and large windows that open to catch a delightful cross-​breeze. Free WiFi is provided. We did not have a car, so I cannot speak to parking accommodations. Breakfast is generous with delicious rolls and breads, a superb array of jams/​marmalades, well-​chosen cheese and meat selections, boiled eggs, yogurt, two juices, an espresso/​coffe/​chocolate machine, and fresh fruit. It is served in the lobby area at charming tables with pink cloths, dainty dishes, and small flowers in vases — lovely! Our hosts were quite friendly and helpful and took their care of us very seriously. We would highly recommend the Hotel Eden for your stay in Bonn.
