My husband and I became «regulars» of this friendly restaurant during a recent trip to Istanbul. It’s basic and w/​o anything fancy –for sure. But given the quality of the food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, we loved this place. We had the same dish of beef/​chicken kabobs and the mixed pita over and over again! The owner waits on you personally and there is someone around who speaks English, if you don’t speak Turkish. The neighbor’s dog makes you feel at home. We’d go back in a heartbeat. :-)
