Amazing find in Istanbul! Their tasting menu was absolutely fantastic! The rock bass with lemon potato mash was delicious… And their Ayran panacotta pre dessert was extremely tasty. Their 41 hour lamb shank was so tender yet crispy on the outside. Can’t wait to come back again in September!

Excellent food and wine. The service was fantastic. This place deserves a Michelin star. All gastro, I had duck pastrami for my appetizer and the rock bass for my main course. In between the appetizer and main courses we were served a green apple and celery sorbet refresher. Really interesting and a beautiful palate cleanser. Tasted the 41 hour lamb, it melted like butter in my mouth. The desserts were spectacular, I had a Turkish dessert (the name escapes me), similar to a crème brûlée. My boyfriend ordered spicy chocolate and they were equally delicious and impressive. The food is served beautifully, each plate a piece of art.
