I found this restaurant while visiting the nearby Galata Tower. The whole reason for going to the Galata Tower was to have terrific views of the city. So if that is the case for you too then enjoy a meal at this restaurant. If you’re going to have fine dining, why not do it with amazing views of Istanbul. The restaurant was situated on the top of a hotel. It was one thing to visit the massive mosques during the day, but to see them from this view provided stunning panoramic views.

This restaurant is located on the rooftop of Anemon Galata Hotel, directly next to Galata Tower. It has AMAZING views with an enclosed glass-​walled dining room and a lovely terrace for warmer weather.
I did not eat here, so cannot comment on the food. I can, however, comment on their service and house wine. The restaurant only serves house wine by the glass — your choices are white or red. It doesn’t matter which one you choose… they are both pretty awful! The service was cordial and after waiting for quite some time, we eventually just went inside to pay our bill.
Service — 3 stars, House wine — 2 stars. AMAZING views — 5 stars.
I would definitely go back for the view, but next time I would order a cocktail instead.
