one of my fav places in Kizilay bc my good friend introduced me to it. decent prices for drinks (beer, alcohol, etc.) If you’re starving, this may not be the place to come… On a few occasions I remember food took a while.
GREAT place for live blues /​rockabilly music on Friday evenings. :) It gets crowded so try to arrive by 9ish because the band starts about 9:30. Unfortunately it gets a bit smoky inside. small balcony available for smoking. too bad there’s no room for dancing.
When I think about the décor, I think of George Orwell’s 1984… retro chinois style wallpaper (red, gold, black, etc.) and wooden chairs & tables. There are a few booths for groups… If you insist on talking during the music sets, please sit in the backroom with Marilyn Monroe. (decently clean bathroom!)
