I’m an American in Laussane for one day, and this is literally the best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life. Such an amazing culinary experience!!! Chef Luca is the coolest and nicest guy, and has the best recommendations for food and alcohol. I highly, highly recommend you come eat here. The décor may not fit the prices but the food deserves at least one Michelin star. Maybe two. Cheers!
