What a beautiful day we had today. And this is the place we selected to have lunch at. Amazing location I must say. Fresh pizza straight from the stone oven(was it?). If you love a lot of cheese on the pizza this is the place you should come to. I am not a vegetarian but I wish the had more veggie options. It was good though no major complaints. We did sit upstairs so if you done eating you have to go downstairs again because upstairs is nobody serving food. So it is a constant up and down. Well, I just went down once for the second round but … you know what I mean. It can get crowded downstairs during lunch so be early if you wanna sit close to all the good pizza. haha

A bit on the pricey side. But friendly service, delicious flatbread pizza, nice beers, and very cool location.

Spectacular pizza in a one-of-a-kind setting. One of a kind pizza toppings on a mouth watering crust. The red beet pizza is especially tasty. The restaurant is in a converted water tower, and they also have a beautiful outside seating area.

To be frank I had lost hope in the pizza industry for quite some time. When Pizza Hut pizza is «the bomb» it kind of sets a bad standard in Stockholm. But do not threat because I found the saviour that will rescue the industry — Delibruket Flatbread is the saviour! I have never in my life eaten a better pizza, but then again I have never been to Italy so don’t take my words for granted. This place is located in an awesome location at Sundbyberg, the staff are all friendly and cheerful which givs you that good vibe no matter what mood you are in, and best of all, the pizzas are amazingly good. My absolut favorite pizza(I have been trying at least 8 of their pizzas in 2 weeks) is the spicy pepperoni pizza which is mind-blowing. Tips: 1) Their dinner is expensive compared to their lunch and brunch. If you can’t go to their awesome 99kr lunch buffet during weekdays you should at least go for their brunch during weekends to save some money. 2) Take away is 10 — 15% cheaper during dinnertime 3) It can get very hot inside the building

Outstanding pizza, certainly the best I’ve had in Stockholm. Great cocktails and an excellent spot to sit out in the sun and take in the view. The interior of the tower also looked great for dining in the cooler months. The service started out a bit average(albeit prompt), but improved as we got through our starter and drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

During a recent Stockholm visit we cold picked Delibruket Flatbread. The venue was quite a surprise, in an old water tower. Had it been just a little warmer outside there was a lovely seating area that we would have used, instead we moved inside. We were greeted warmly by wait staff who apologized for not having an English menu. This doesn’t bother me too much as I can normally pick out the big items, but for some, this would be a good idea to have in the future. Service was good and by Swedish standards the beer was reasonably priced. I don’t know if this was the best pizza I’ve ever had but I will say it was very, very good. It’s difficult to judge pizza easily as there can be so many variations. What you think is good can be quite different from what I think is good. This pizza was good and unique. Red beets and pears? With pine nuts and goat cheese? Wood fired brick oven? WOW! We loved it. And those of you who think it’s expensive… all restaurant food in Sweden is expensive(or am I the only one who thinks that?)! Also shared a goat cheese salad among 3 of us. We were all quite pleased. I can’t wait to get back to Stockholm for another visit to Delibruket Flatbread!

tl;dr — Waaaay too expensive but still a pretty nice one time experience Cool place in an old water tower in the hip suburb Sundbyberg. This is one of those places I would describe as putting hip first and using that as a tool to amp up the price while the quality and service actually isn’t that good. The pizzas(called«flatbreads» by this establishment) will run you around 150SEK which is very expensive for a pizza. I told my company immediately — «for this price I expect to be blown away & this should be a top 5 pizza in my life». I was let down. The pizza was good but not that good — like a 6 out of 10. We also shared among each other and the pizzas were all good but not 150SEK+ good. They had a pretty interesting beer selection with a couple of brews from the local Sundbyberg brewery. Nice touch! The staff was friendly, but considering the premium pricing there were several no brainer elements lacking from the service. There was no default water served which I consider a natural benchmark for places with ambition. No sides such as bread or salad were included in the meal. It also took nearly an hour from order to serving — which is just too much even on a Saturday. The venue is pretty nice. Spacious with fresh air while at capacity. Nice interior decoration and just an overall really cool place with history. I also think that during warmer days when you can sit outside it should be super nice. Probably not going here again though — not worth it. For 100SEK-ish pizzas it’d be a great place. I’m giving it 3 stars but that’s a bit generous…

I have never been more excited by the words ‘flatbread buffet’ in my life. Ever. 169 kr for unlimited soup, salad, bread, and PIZZA(let’s be real. It’s pizza), including a non-alcoholic drink, coffee, and a small piece of cake. Are you kidding me? The only downfall here was that the pizza went fast. Too fast. Only about two pizzas came out at a time, and with a restaurant full of people, it’s just not enough. Since they only started doing this a few months ago, I’m looking forward to seeing how they develop this concept. The pizza itself was fantastic. I thought the crust was perfect since wood fired pizza is a favorite of mine. I only got to try two kinds, but I was impressed at how different they were. One had sausages on it, kind of like pepperoni but thicker and chock full of flavor. The other had beets, goat cheese, and brie. And were those pine nuts? I don’t care. It was delicious. The salad is organic if you’re into that kind of thing. And it wasn’t boring either! It was nice to see it full of carrots and other things that I’ve forgotten about(sorry, pizza on the brain). There were croutons and shredded parmesans to add some flavor and texture. Speaking of croutons, I also added them to my soup. I figured the soup would be thin and flavorless seeing as we’re only paying 169 kr. Nope. Hearty, tasty, filling soup. I still can’t wrap my head around it. Oh and the sockerkaka we got was yummy! The atmosphere here is super vibrant, the décor is hip and modern, and the location, while not appealing on a snowy winter day, is promising. Now go there, now. Run!

One of only few good pizza places in Stockholm with good beer selection. Pizzas(flatbread) ;) are really tasty. Specially I would recommend to go for a lunch for all you can eat.

Very good Neapolitan pizza and some nice beer to boost. Got a side order of bread on the house, and the service was excellent and charming. Looking forward to come back soon again!
