Espresso house

Coffee was burnt, leaving a bitter taste. Chai latte was only ok.
Carrot cake muffin had way too much cardamom and too little icing. Chocolate ball, fatty taste with hint of coconut flakes… not nice! Chocolate flavor got missed with this one.
The place is unclean and staff do not seem to have time to clean tables and pick up, leaving a uncosy, sad place to take a coffee or fika.
Staff are friendly and service minded.

Fika is suppose to be a nice relaxing event where people eat good sweets and drink great coffee. Espresso House failed in both regards.

Carrot cake muffin had way too much cardamom and over sweet icing. Chocolate ball was just odd, fatty taste with hint of coconut flakes. Chocolate flavor got missed with this one.
Generally, the place is unclean and staff do not seem to have time to tidy/​clean tables and pick up litter, leaving a uncosy, sad place to take a coffee or fika.
Staff are friendly and service minded. Greeted with a smile and did well but this place needs to improve its environment and espresso house need to watch an episode of hela Sverige bakar as the quality of the cakes, etc was pretty poor.
