Tonnys Cyklar

I went to Tonny’s Cyklar looking for a lock for the Swedish bike that I was borrowing from a friend. This bike, like many Swedish bikes, has a lock built-​in but it only locks the back tire. It effectively prevents someone from riding off on the bike but it doesn’t prevent them from carrying it away! So, I wanted some additional protection.
Tonny was kind enough to point out that I really didn’t need another lock but rather a cable that I could thread through the existing lock. Then he looked around his little store and found a used one for me which was totally fine with me. When I asked him how much he said, «No charge.» That’s the way to win a customer! If I lived in Stockholm I’d definitely go back to Tonny but, alas, I was just visiting Stockholm.
From my brief experience with Tonny I’m guessing that you’ll get a reasonable offer from him and you’ll definitely get some friendly service!
