Small update. Inspired by my previous experience, I booked another appointment with top stylist and was super excited to come! Of course, wanted to repeat this wonderful experience. BUT, when I came, not very nice receptionist just said that well, top stylist is not available and another person will take care about me — new comer on probation. No notifications were done earlier, so it was complete surprise for me. No apologies were made. I do not think this is the way business should be done. Do not get me wrong, the lady who cut my hair was very nice, but not the top stylist, I made a booking for. Not going to come back.

My first visit here and am SO happy with my experience at Studio 81! I went in, knowing I wanted to brighten up my hair, but was unable to explain exactly what I wanted, but my hairdresser (Karin) knew right away what I meant! She kept me involved in the entire process and went through different ideas and options with me. The end result was perfect and I dont think Ive ever felt so pleased leaving a hair salon. For the overall experience I felt welcome from the moment I entered the door. A bit uncomfortable chairs, but other than that I cant find anything to complain about.

I think I found my hairdresser! Yesterday I booked an appointment with a Top Stylist (I think this is what they call them) and got a short haircut by Sofie. I told her about my issues with my hair and she gave me very good advice on what to do. I got an amazing haircut. Very happy about it. I will definitely come back!
