tl;dr — My favorite SATS with by far the biggest heavy lift area of them all. For the pros. This is a classic basement gym by definition. Still — the venue is pretty cool because it is well planned and works. The dressing rooms are super nice, clean and spacious(can only vouch for the men’s but niceness should apply to both :)). This gym is big which is very nice — and after a short indoor run track(it’s like 40 yards) a huge area opens up that sports a padded floor that can be used for heavy barbell work. This is the biggest such area I’ve seen in any SATS which quickly made this my favorite. However — it still gets crowded because everyone who digs classic/olympic lifts naturally also digs this place. Staff is friendly and helpful as always I think in SATS gyms. The pricing is special with these gyms and as I always note in my SATS reviews there is no subscription model that doesn’t include passes so if you’re not into that(like me) you’ll end up paying for a lot of unused potential. It’s expensive but I think if all SATS: s were as good as this one it’d approach being worth the money. This is as good as it gets when it comes to SATS but the pricing model disqualifies the entire chain from 5 stars.

Located around the corner from Sergels torg in large basement with lots of options. A different styled SATS gym with a big crossfit area where you can splurge your craziest exercises when you are up for it. They also have a sprint track section where you can do intervals or lunges to insanity. Except for that you also have everything else you will need to get it going. Its Crowded during lunch and dinner so if you dont have sharp elbows you are probably better of later. You should definitely try this gym at least once!

This is a great gym for crossfit and group classes. The weights area is missing a lot of weights, bars, bar clips/locks because they have been moved to the crossfit area. If there’s a class and stuff is missing you can’t get it until after the class. The locker room has hair dryers, saunas, and showers. They are very nice but bring your own lock. There aren’t water fountains so bring a bottle of water if you think you’ll need it.
