Mystery Exit Room

This is my 5^th experience in a room escape game, but this has been really disappointing. When we arrive they said they did not know we booked a room for that time. When we entered into the room we did not get proper explanations about the game. There was no cameras, so the guy in charge was communicating with us with walkie talkie. The problem is that he came inside the room to try to help with the puzzle ⁵⁄₆ times, breaking the whole room escape environment. The second time he entered he even stayed there organizing the things that we already had used, which was really disturbing. Many things did not work properly and he was asking all the time to not mess too much! We did not have a timer, but he came just at the end to stay again and accelerate the game, coz he said we were running out of time. Some of the puzzles were not correct and he did not seem to even care. It was a really frustrating experience, we paid 110 euros and it did not worth it. You better choose any other company and you will get a real room escape experience.
