Nice bistro atmosphere :) the food was nice, but the side dishes were a little on the small side. We chose the table by the kitchen witch was nice and very interesting :) the service was fast and attentive. And I love the name! I had the tuna steak, which was nice. My companion had the lamb rack which was amazing!

I was disappointed, I ordered the grilled tuna steak, rare, which was delicious but it was boring. The assortments of condiments in which you can choose from when ordering something from the grill is just average. Fries, mashed potatoes, bearnaise sauce, just spinach with parmesan… well, it’s not anything special. We visited late on a friday night and the service was slow, really slow.
I won’t be back.

As soon as I approached this restaurant, then, stepped foot inside, I felt like I was magically transported to Paris…
This atmospheric and busy brasserie is a great place to visit to sample no-​nonsense traditional Swedish-​European dishes. Best to go for lunch during the week, and watch the locals come and go, as the restaurant seems to attract a loyal business luncheon crowd. With the help of a friendly waiter, I sampled some fine Swedish beers, with dishes he recommended, like pickled roasted sausage and beets with boiled potatoes.
When the bill arrives, you will see the excellent value, too.

Das Lokal wurde uns von Einheimischen empfohlen, daher testeten wir es mal. Es wird eine günstigere Mittagskarte angeboten, wovon leider ein Gericht bereits aus war. Daher wählten wir traditionelle Gerichte von der normalen Karte. Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut und sie waren auch sehr lecker, jedoch sind es auch relativ einfache Gerichte gewesen und daher fand ich es preislich doch schon überteuert. Daher durchaus zu empfehlen.

I have been here four or five times. This place really has it’s ups and downs. It is a French bistro. So the, sort of not to polite service, is part of the concept. The food has ranged from really good classical bistro fair to abysmally bad (for the price) dishes which totally lack in execution. On it’s best of days i would rate this place a four. Ususally it is a three. But a lot of the times i am left with a bill that does not reflect the food at all, and that puts this institution of a stockholm restaurant in the two out of five category. I really wishe i could score this plcae higher. It all looks so good, but the delivery is not there.
