La Cucaracha

Arrogant, rude staff. No understanding or care for allergies. Denied me service of any food on the menu, because of allergies, which all other restaurants can handle. Quite embarrassing in a company of 30 people.

YWorst service ever. Had a booking at 6, they took our drink order and brought us some drinks very quickly but after that they forgot to come back for 45 minutes. Once we placed our order it took an hour for the food to be delivered. The warm tapas was cold and the cold tapas was warm. The quality and freshness of the ingredients was difficult to look at let lone eat. For spanish food the flavoring was very bland. Dont waste your time there are 3 other tapas places within walking distance that are far better in flavor and especially service.

This was one of the first tapas places in Stockholm wasn’t it? The waiter we had was extremely warm and friendly. He just had a good vibe. The feel of the place was also nice — dim candlelight and little coves for seating between walls and pillars. I can see how this would be a warm, cozy spot in the winter. Thus ends the positives for me.
Food was very, very mediocre. The gambas dish was okay but not enough garlic for me, everything else was just kind of boring (9 dishes, so they had their chance). I was impressed by nothing, food wise. Thus it goes to say that this place is overpriced in my book. They brought ALL of our tapas out at once. I didn’t like that at all. To me, tapas should come out one by one so every dish has its moment in the sun. Instead we were overwhelmed for space at our table. The place was also extremely loud. Maybe it was the position of our table, or the group beside us, or the fact that I happened to be dining with quieter people, but I was constantly thinking about going and having a beer at some other place where I could hear the conversation I was having.
Two stars for the food. Four stars for our excellent waiter. Three-​point-​five stars for the atmosphere. I would return only if I was with a group of people that really wanted to go. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here — the tapas are just not that good and thus way overpriced. That being said, if you end up here it’s not like you will hate the place.

This spanish tapas restaurant you can find i SoFo in Stockholm, a perfect restaurant especially if you go to Stockholm in the winter time since its cosy and gives you a feeling of being on holiday.
The restaurant has two floors, downstairs they have a dancefloor for salsa fantast and upstairs you can eat their food which is really good and they definitely know how to mix cotails.
Staff is always nice and in a good mood, so for a good times with friends or for a date its perfect; food, coctails and a great atmosphere.
