Espresso House

Do not go there, the staff is extremely rude, disrespectful if you speak English. I am a regular costumer at Espresso house which I go all over the city since They have the best chai lattes, frappinos and carrot muffins in town trust me they will never disappoint you. A few days ago I visit this establishment that has recently open this September and to my HOrror I was mistreated by the staff. Watch out for «Jasmina» she is extremely rude with people that speak English which is unacceptable! I took it further and placed a complain to the Espresso house head quarters who were shocked and horrified by how their staff treats a costumer. The Real espresso house manager called me directly, offered me her most sincere apologies and a generous compensation for the miss treatment. or call and place your complaint as that sort of treatment is unacceptable, and go to any OTHER espresso house as this one is no good. I go now to the ones in hotorget and the central station were the staff smiles at you and respect their costumers.
