The only reason why I am not giving this coffee shop one star is because the location of the shop is right next to the exit of the subway which is rather convenient if you are in a hurry.
It is sad that this particular shop has no higher ambition than to make money because they have such a huge potential but lack everything from service to food quality, and since these two are major components in the industry I would recommend you to find another shop to drink your coffee.
I am always baffled how a person can be working in the service industry and not know how to be polite. In fact, I think if I had to go through the process of pouring the coffee into a cup myself and learn how to ring it up I’d rather do that instead of seeing those angry, tired and bored out faces every time I go in here.
