Any day you get to have ice cream twice is a good day in my book. Lots of flavours from the ice cream maker ‘Lejonet och Björnen”(the Lion and the Bear), which to me sounds like the name of a pub more than anything else, to choose from. I went with a cup and three scoops which set me back 45SEK and this is both expensive, because of the small scoops compared to other ice cream parlors, and still kind of cheap because the shop it situated on main tourist drag going through the Old Town, where I guess 20SEK more still would’ve been an acceptable price tag. I had the ‘Sea Salted Caramel’ which was waay too salty for my taste, but oddly still quite good and that should say something about how much I like this brand of ice cream. The ‘Kokos’(Coconut) flavour is something I always go for wherever I get ice cream if it’s available and it tasted great. Just perfect. Five stars. The ‘Chocolate Chip cookie dough’ flavour was also very good. Definitely four stars. Flavours: Sea Salted Caramel: 3⁄5 Kokos: 5⁄5 Chocolate Chip cookie dough: 4⁄5 Pecan caramel: 5⁄5 Texas Fudge: 4⁄5

This is an OK ice cream shop. They have other dessert treats but ice cream seems to be the big seller here(at least it seemed that way during one particular June evening). It receives lots of tourist traffic because it’s located on the main route connecting the main square of Gamla Stan to the nearest subway station.

We visited for there stunning selection of ice-creams. All I can say is it was well worth it. The cones are handmade and tasted lovely. The ice cream was good but not the best I have tasted before. Well located in the old town with friendly staff.

I was looking for a small café with slefmade cake and coffee in the old town of stockholm. I found the café Kåkbrinken and was surprised about the ambient, with wood, old style chairs, candle lights and decorations. I tried the apple cake, which was really yummy. Crispy on the top and soft in the middle. The vanilla sauce rounded everything up. The waiter told me, that they only hv chairs and seats during the winter time in that café. During the summer month they only sell ice cream. So if you wanna have a small rest here, you should come in the cold month and enjoy the great environment
