Sometimes, you just need a little fast food. Usually, when my Sambo and I take a road trip or head over to the Martin Olsson in Årsta we go through the drive through(or stop in) to eat here! I think this may be the only drive through Burger King near the city! I know there is one up near Sollentuna that we’ve stopped at a long time ago, but thats quite a bit further away(depending on where you live in the city or where your headed to). I never really ate BK before moving to Sweden. I guess because it reminds me of the US a little so I think of it more fondly than before. That, and I think the quality of the meat and food production is much better and safer here than in the US. Seeing a video of one of those factory farms really put me off eating fast food for a long, long time. I can say that I do feel a little better about supporting the business here in Sweden, even if I do still choose to mostly order vegetarian options. ;) I highly recommend the Chili cheese nuggets as a guilty pleasure item! I’ve never had them in the states, but I think I like the cute way swedes say«shhhilly scheese» better anyways! =) Note: If your from the US, ask a swede how they say«Whopper». It will make you smile(it usually sounds less happy like«Waaper» in the states and for Swedes it’s much cuter sounding like«Woooper»!) =)

My mom always said that it’s smart to eat before you go buy groceries, otherwise you end up buying a cart full of junk food! I’ve started to realize that maybe she was right. Burger king is definitely junk food, yes. However, If I only have junk food once every two weeks as opposed to a fridge full it really makes a difference. I like to think of my visit to this BK as a treat, not a routine. ;) I think this may be the only drive through Burger King near the city! In the US we call them Jalapeño Poppers. Why? No idea. I think I like the cute way swedes say«shhhilly scheese» better anyways! =) Note: If your from the US, ask a swede how they say«Whopper».
