The last time I went here I must have had a rushed batch, that or they have the guys from the Slussen branch in working magic.
They cost a bit more (10kr) than your standard sushi joint for a vegetarian selection, but the leap in quality/​effort is huge.
I was watching the guys assemble this and they really put a lot of care into the presentation/​little elements of the vegetarian sushi. Each piece had an additional element to liven it up, like roasted onion/​sesame seeds that somewhat boring vegetables often need. The pickled cucumber had a really great sweetness and there were generous servings of all the pickled onion/​ginger/​wasabi which I love.
4 stars for really making an effort with the veggie alternative.
