Like the other reviewer Candid water does not deserve even 1 star. I have signed contract with this company from 1998 – 2000. I have used them all this years while we are in Singapore. In June 2015 we are relocated to another country. Candid water cooler will not refund us our deposit and want to charge us the unused water until Nov2016. They highlighted that the contract I signed 17 years ago have auto renewal clause. When I want to discuss this matter with the management, they do not want to talk to me. I hope Singapore put a law in place regarding validity of auto renewal. On top of that they want to claim another $ 220 for crack in the dispenser which was transported by their drivers and who knows what happen in the lorry (we have taken care of this dispenser while in our possession). Beware of Candid water.
