Ah Orh Kway Chap

This is pure magic. A simple uncle+auntie operation, and they make everything fresh, on the day you arrive to partake of said magic.
Auntie stands behind the counter and does all the chopping, uncle does the service, and dishes out this amazing kway… the broth alone is worth the trip.
So let’s talk food — it’s a real pig fest, and you’ll want it all. Dua deng, sueh deng (large and small intestine — they clean them so well!), stomach, chia bak (lean meat). Then you ask for tau kee (beancurd skin), tau pok, and of course, giam chye.
Then you sit, and wait patiently for uncle to deliver this magic to your table. And then you feast. And think about the next time you come back.
