Had dinner after the buffet closed, and ordered off of the English language menu. For an appetizer, I had a kind of fried spring roll stuffed with kinpira-cut vegetables and tahini with piri-piri sauce.(In Czech, Zeleninovy zavitek peceny v ryzovem papiru ochuceny tahini pastou, doplneny Piri piri salsou.) The rice flour wrapper had a pleasant crunch(from being fried), and the tahini sauce was a great touch. The piri-piri sauce had a decent kick, and there were some mixed greens served on the side. Then I had the tempeh burger, which was good — I especially enjoyed the arugula(aka roquette) with a mustard dressing, which was placed between the bun and the tempeh.(In Czech — burger s tempehem, grilovanou zeleninou a rukolou) Finally I had the raspberry tiramisu. The mascarpone(I assume) blend was thicker then I’m used to, more like a cream cheese, but it was very good. Service was a little slow –20 minutes to get my appetizer — I was warned there was a large table that ordered before I did, but fortunately, I wasn’t in a hurry.
