I enquired about replacement glass in 2 of my Velux windows, somebody came to have a look saying he would ring with a quote and I’ve not heard anything more even after calling back in the shop just to be told I haven’t got round to it yet! That was back in January! Very disappointed! Obviously too smaller job for you to be bothered with.
