The Vintners Parrot

This place has a COOOOOLLLLLLLDDDDDDD bathroom. Look people that have control over bathroom temperatures — us girls have to get half-​naked to take a pee. Please, please make it warm in there… I thought that I was going to die while using the loo at this place. I did enjoy the New Zealand sauv blanc price — was nice to be able to go to a pub and have something other than beer and not feel like I was getting robbed. It also looked like they had a decent selection of regular and craft beers. I do like the location as well — though the atmosphere is pretty sterile. They do have an upstairs that it’s a little cooler for hanging out — there is a pool table. I did not eat the food, but the pics look like something from Denny’s in the US — very pre-​made and not at all what I’d want in my food. I’d suggest heading over to Café 33 or Lighthouse for some good grub. Overall decent place to get some beers/​wine and the service is friendly enough. Just make sure that you don’t have to use the bathroom (my friend said the guy’s bathroom was cold too — though men just have to take out a much smaller body part to get the job done).

One of the liveliest fun pubs in Worthing. Used to use years ago, but now not really in my age group. It was called The Thieves Kitchen then!
Loads of live gigs and fun nights as the pictures suggest. Always busy, especially on a big sporitng event TV showing.
Good, inexpensive lunches can be had, which is very much family orientated. They seem to have the day/​night balance right.
My nephews use this place and always come to see“the old boy” when he’s on his way to the Italian nosh– shop!
Prices are extremely reasonable, and a bonus Happy Hour OR two, is in place.

Brilliant live gigs put on regularly! Both free and cheap entry (£3). a seperate bar for the gigs to the main pub. a great night out! the main bar has a pool table and DJ box as well as serving food. the back bar where they hold gigs has a seatign area and a danging area so you can do both. gigs are defiantely worth going to!

A big pub with outside seating too. They have two pool tables and lots of teles for watching sport. I wasnt so keen on the food in there though — I had a burger and chips but found the meat was a bit griselly and it wasnt particularly cheap either. Nice place to catch-​up with friends though.
