The staff are Awesome especially the one called Joe hes cool and very helpful example «i wanted to pre-​order the conduit for Wii but they were not taking pre-​orders so i asked if i could Reserver one He said yes and this Was on Wednesday the 8th and the gameis out on friday all done by phone
the dont ask for ID on pegi 16+ games but they are surpose too

also when i got ROCKBAND it was £100 for all the gear and £35 for the game
but the sold it to me for £100 i asked why they said it isnt selling well lolz they also do very good deals if u be nice like 4 games for £20 you can ask for 2 games for £10 it works i do it all the time probly cos im very good friends with the staff!

This is quite a spacious store and whenever I go in they are always well stocked with the latest releases. They sell second hand games aswell, so you can trade in your unwanted games for cash or store credit. The staff here were very friendly and things seemed to be run quite efficiently.

the staff are brilliant. f youre looking to spend a lot of money they will do deals for you. they ahve a policy that if you dont like the game you bought take it back within 10 days for a full refund. although the store is quite small tho so not ideal for prams etc although people will generally move out of the way. they have also stopped stocking the retro games so no more N64, game boy advance etc games
