We are there to advise you about the best way to fulfil your care needs but we always understand that everyone is different and therefore will want different things within their care arrangements. We are very happy to visit you to talk about what care might be best for you, listening carefully to what you want and building our plan around your wishes. We also know that your needs or wishes may change, and we are very happy to review the care at regular intervals and to make changes as and when you require them. At Bluebird Care we do not talk about ‘clients’ or even worse ‘service users’. We talk about customers because we acknowledge that every single person has the right to take their business elsewhere and that we should strive every day to deliver Good old-​fashioned service.
