A quaint location (in a churchyard) and a fascinating interior. The beer is good (mostly Marston’s offers Oxford Gold, Jennings, Banks’s) and so is the food (try the ham, egg and chips). A regular haunt.

A welcoming 15th century traditional pub serving well kept real ale. No fruit machines, no sky sports, no juke box but it does have its own ghost. Food served at lunchtimes only.
