Just finished my open water course here, and could’t have expected a better professional service and great experience. Jona, my instructor was a great laugh and reassured and supported me in every way to get me through, now off on my hols to put practise into motion:-) Mirroring Midsdiver comment, seems some one has got an axe to bare, wonder if they work for the other firm themselves, if so play the game. There’s a 100 space car park at the rear, how could that make parking actrocious, and the place is only half hour from the dive site. No pressure was put on me to buy anything, only valuable advise, and when I do start building up my kit I am more than willing to spend my pennies here.

«cowboy outfit». .. lol You really think you have two PADI Course Directors on staff if you’re a «cowboy outfit»? I think you might have a bit of an axe to grind! I have been using Mac’s Scuba Shack for over 5 years and they have never given me any«attitude». They are very, very professional and have a safety record that is second to none. As regards their«buy it at our extortinate(your spelling!) prices or you can’t dive with us». In the 5 years i have dived and trained with them i have got stuff all over the place and NEVER had that attitude from them. Ever thought it might be you being a bit sensitive? Of course they will try to sell you their kit… its a business. And one final comment… you’re supposed to review the business not their hair cuts… who are you… the fashion police?

The staff at this place really do know there stuff, however I really must question just what demabd there is for a scuba diving specialist in a socially deprived, West Midlands town like Bilston.

Great advice and staff but a bit unnecessary in Bilston!
