Used to come here for restaurant food and shopping and how the standards have dropped over the years. Good quality was poor didn’t even finish anything ordered. Customer service was poor with waitress bringing wrong food over. Won’t be attending any time soon.

Great café if you want a decent breakfast — oh and they sell clothes too downstairs!

The BHS shop is great, spacious and clean, and they always do a great Christmas collection of gifts. Up on entering the shop you feel welcomed and warm and can usually find a bargain or two. The staffs are always friendly and helpful throughout the store. Those are the good points, now for the bad BHS restaurant is clean and quite big, however the food is simply awful, cold, tasteless and expensive. The staffs also seem to change slightly from the staff in the main shop and seem like they cannot be bothered. I would not recommend anyone eat at this BHS but I would recommend looking through the shop.
