Caffè Nero

Great place to get your quick coffee fix! Great pastries and wonderful staff. Will be back on our next holiday :)

Love this place. Friendly staff, good coffee, reasonable selection of food.
I never feel rushed, and the seating is ‘comfy, yet sturdy’ (I tend to bring work with me, so it’s helpful to not only have ‘hard’ or ‘squishy’ as seating options)

I have been a customer of this coffee shop since it opened, four years ago. It is a nice, friendly place where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a panini. It is very well lit with plenty of windows and comfortable armchairs, especially upstairs. The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, cleanliness doesn’t seem to be high in Nero’s priority list. Stained glasses, leftovers of previous customers’ food on tables and chairs, unknown sticky substances on the tables you get the picture. I found that this is a general issue with the franchise and doesn’t have to do with this specific coffee shop only. Probably a matter of lack of investment, I think. Hopefully things will get better soon.
I was tempted to give two stars but decided to give three, only because of the staff.

Very comfortable but quite lively coffee shop, perfectly situated for break from extreme christmas shopping, good choice and excellent service.

Traditional, inviting and comfortable italian style coffee shop, situated in the centre of town, but away from the main busy shopping areas.
They offer a range of coffees, teas, cold drinks, frappes, paninis and salads which are all very good quality.
The staff are very polite and friendly, and will allow you to either take your order away, or bring it to your seat while you wait if you stay in the shop.

Traditional good Nero coffee, incredibly friendly and happy staff, and a lovely upstairs full of comfy seats. Possibly my favourite Nero!
