I went to have a dinner with my boyfriend in this place. The food was good I definitely won’t complain about that but I guess a waiter had a bad day. He was not really nice. My bf ordered a lamb and got a chicken and when he said that to waiter, he went to check his piece of paper and said No you ordered a chicken. I found it rude. He is telling us what we ordered? When actually he messed up the order. Anyway we didn’t want to argue as we wanted to enjoy our night out and we ate the chicken but then he asked for a tip? Seriously? That’s something new for me, in the end we checked our bill and he charged us three glasses of red wine when we had only two. The food might be good but I could not enjoy it with a waiter like that.

Due to our kitchen re-modelling we are having to eat out every night so are determined to try a variety of different restaurants rather than eating at the same old usuals! First night and we decided to try this restaurant for Pakistani food as a change to always having Indian. Was empty but we figured that’s because it was a Sunday night so didn’t let that put us off. Took the window seat so we could watch the world go by. Ordered some vegetable samosas to start and then for main course I had Harleem with pilau rice(which was a lamb and lentil dish) and the other half had some kind of chicken curry(don’t remember the name) with butter naan. Food was very delicious and lighter compared to the normal Indian curry j choose. The lamb had been chopped/slices very thinly and so was very tender and curry had a nice flavour. Enough food left over for takeaway and that fed me warmed up the next night! Very nice for a change and would def give it another go
