Time for tea proprietor, pascal, is without doubt the best chef in Weymouth. His breakfasts are just excellent, eggs Benedict is a particular favourite of mine. His lunch menu is short in typical French style but the choices though basic are all really good and his wine list the same, short but very good. Getting a table at one of his rare evening openings is a pleasure, just don’t eat too much during the day!

On a recent holiday to Weymouth — which was fantastic — my partner and I discovered Time for Tea and couldn’t stay away! The food was delicious and the most amazing value. The service was spot on — impeccable but not in the least fussy. My personal highlight was the breakfasts which were incredible and served until noon — a very healthy time for those on holiday! The home made Victoria Sponge was a huge hit with my partner and the scones for the cream tea were delightful. Such good value — you won’t find anything better in Weymouth or in many other places for that matter! I particularly loved the tea itself which was endless and delicious and in marked contrast to other places we visited. Trust a Frenchman to totally outdo the English on the perfect English Tea! Marvelous!
