I have to say using this travel agent on a couple of occasion the staff on the main are female and have always been polite and helpful but only a few weeks ago the standard of customer service from the travel agents shocked me.
Not from the female members of staff but from the male manager who worked there. To cut a long story short he was very rude to my mother and had her in tears, he has to be the most unhelpful and rude man in this line of businessluckily my mother managed to speak to customer services on the phone who were lovely and sorted out her problem which this manager could of done himself but instead he decided to take a different route and try and humiliate a customer.
Not surprising to know I would never use this travel agents again and would advise anyone else not to also.
