A good little branch which have started opening on saturdays which is a bonus. They often have queues in here to use the counter services, but to be honest they move quickly so they’re rarely a problem. The staff are helpful and always ask the obligatory questions regarding account review? or try to sell you an isa or a new mortgage or something like that which can get annoying. However I don’t think that is branch specific — I get that in EVERY natwest I visit! They have excellent disabled access so its great for me with my pushchair, and parking is OK, not immediately outside but there’s a free carpark behind the building so its only a short walk. All in all, its a very useful friendly place — I would say that it is annoying that its open at 9 every day, but 9.30 on a wednesday. Why Wednesday has to be different i don’t know and as a customer its confusing but then again its in a village so perhaps its just an old fashioned branch!
