Lovely building, inside and out. Nice atmosphere. I like sitting in the little area in the middle by the large windows. Very light and airy there.
Nice to sit outside in better weather too.
Nice location. though there’s not much drinking unless you have a coke or get a taxi as its in the middle of no-​where so not walkable.
Haven’t tried the carvery yet but definitely plan to. :-)

Booked for a party of 26. The room was nice — put in the back room along with a few more parties. The staff were friendly and efficient. The carvery was tasty, with some different veg options and the desserts were delicious. The evening was enjoyed by everyone.

This used to be a really downtrodden pub that was well past it’s sell by date, however what a revamp it has now had. It is now an absolutely gorgeous carvery with stunning décor and great service. There is an opulent luxury feel when you step into the entrance and this is carried on throughout the pub with expensive chandaliers, fireplaces, etc. The pub has a standard menu, but is more famous for the carvery menu, which is always gorgeous. It can get a little busy at the weekends and then the service is a little slow, but on the whole you always have a great experience here. It is definitely highly recommended.
