Not at this branch.
The last 4 times I have been has been drive through (a month apart thereabouts) I have had to park up and wait for over 10 minutes for simple orders.
3 of these occasions they got my order wrong.
Last time they wanted me to go round the drive through again and order what they had missed out again.
I refused ! I had already waited 15 minutes for my order parked up in the waiting bay.(yet again).
I kicked up a fuss and they put the order through bringing the card machine to me (I had children in the car so was unwilling to drag them all out in the cold in to the branch itself.
The fries where cold… (seems top be the norm at this branch).
I complained via email to the manager and was promised some vouchers for the hassle.
Which still haven’t appeared in the post 5 weeks later.
hmm.
Will not return there unless its an emergency and every other food outlet is shut! ;-)

This is the handiest drive thru for me, being right at Bridge Food (the most central part of town). Food is always hot, staff always courteous, very clean and there is a small children’s kiddy area which is useful for me. There is one small gripe i have with this place though — the waiting times for the drive through are appalling. I was waiting the other day for about 5 minutes which wouldn’t ordinarily be bad in a restaurant but you expect instant food at McDonalds don’t you? Anyway, it turned out the lady who taking the orders had just decided to go to the loo without informing anyone leaving her station completely unmanned! Maybe that was a one-​off but I’ve waited at this one before so that’s my problem with it, and also if its a busy time for traffic it can be murder to get out onto the bridge foot roundabout again afterwards!
