I was very impressed by the reception here. My van is getting on a bit, so not many garages/​mechanics are willing to work on it. Having just failed an MOT one, among other things, corrosion on the sills, I was dreading trying to find someone willing to do a good job on this.
From the outset, Bob explained exactly what needed doing from the fail sheet, how he would do it and approximately how much it would cost a very reasonable quote.
In less than a day from my dropping it off, all the work was done and for less than the estimate.
I actually enjoyed paying for such good service and will definitely be going back in the future.
It is worth noting that they are a licensed MOT testing station as well as repairs and servicing. This time next year, I will be taking whatever I am driving then to be tested by JRT.
