I suspect that for a straightforward transaction they might be fine. I needed what I bought from them next day and they charged twice the Royal Mail rate for next day delivery. They laughed in the comment on Amazon in response to feedback by saying they would contact me to sort it out. They never did, despite the fact that I had phoned them about problems. The product received proved faulty and they refuse to deal with it, referring to their supplier. If the supplier doesn’t sort it I will have to resort to the Small Claims Court to get my money back. If what they sell you works you may be happy. Woe betide if you have a problem with something they supply

Your purchase was via Amazon and the express shipping rates are set by them, sometimes the rate is higher than a separate carrier rate and in such cases we are willing to refund the difference.

I suspect you have mistaken a smiley face for laughing, we are a small friendly family business not a big faceless corporation and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for customers.

If you have a faulty item, then in most instances we would replace it at no charge, however for an Amazon purchase you are covered by the Amazon A-Z insurance in any event.

I find your comments very hard to reconcile to our service, either directly through us or via our Amazon listings.
