Absolutely awful food in addition to awful service.
Me and my girlfriend ordered a couple of set meals from this takeaway on just
, when the food arrived it was cold and greasy and missing a few items.
I called them to let them know about this and the person who I spoke to tried to tell me that I hadn’t ordered the missing items. This was despite me having an email to prove it. I hung up and rang back to speak to someone else. This second person agreed that I had ordered the missing items but refused to send them out as it would take them too long and they also refused to refund the money.
It took another call to just eat to get a refund. Shockingly terrible.
